It has been wonderful during the dreary days of winter! I liked it soo much that I bought it for 3 family members. They love it. It’s brings sunshine on a cloudy day into your life.

I did a slow adjustment (10 minutes) for the first week, because it made me feel a little jumpy. I use it every morning now while I have my morning coffee and news. Definitely a must in the winter. I seem to have more energy.

Actually notice a difference!

Arrived in perfect condition and began using the next morning for 20 minutes to start. Now after a week of daily use I notice a more elevated mood/happiness, more energy, better sleep, and even bowel movement improvements. I’d say it’s worth a try if you are feeling the effects of SAD. There was a touch of eye strain the first 3 days and one day I used it twice for about 15 minutes each and I felt a little hyper active, so be cautious and let your body get used to it.

Me Happy!!!!! Came with the Arctic Vortex. It warms my soul, and last night here in Appleton Wi was the coldest spot in the lower US. So grateful for ordering this beautiful beam of light, to keep Seasonal Affect Disorder at bay.

Amazing Brightness

Needing to adjust to the light, as I feel like a mole!
My cousin gave me some hints about adjusting: just turn it on when I get up and go about my usual living. In other words, don't sit still in front of it - move around. I can't imagine how many times brighter it is then regular Seattle light. Thanks!

It is easy to use, takes up very little space. Have used it only couple days but husband & I can notice a little improvement in mood & energy.
