My Happy Light is a solution to my urge to hibernate. I feel energized and more positive just using it for a week. It is positioned to one side of my I pad where I work and so easy to work In to my day in small or large increments.

This is the most awesome Sun Lamp I have ever used. It puts out perfect clear even light over a large area. It works awesomely for my SAD.

I love my new Happy Light. I sit in front of it every morning while having my coffee and checking my emails. I feel more energetic and positive throughout the day. I am feeling more focused and I'm experiencing less eye strain while working on my computer. I am also experiencing a better more restful sleep.

This is my second Happy Light. I have used one for several years. I find it helps well with Seasonal Affective Disorder and a general feeling of well being. Thank you for improving my life.
