Just trying it out....takes awhile....I'm using it 30 minutes in the Am and 30 minutes in the PM.

Using it it very easy....I wouldn't recommend it until I have used it 30 days for an opinion...EASY TO USE will give in opinion in 30 days if you want one....

I love my new compact HappyLight! It sits at a perfect height on my desk, is easy to turn on and off, and the design is sleek and unobtrusive.

I love the small compact size. I haven’t used it for very long so I’m not aware of any changes yet. That may be because I’m trying to change my days and nights around

My Happy Light is a solution to my urge to hibernate. I feel energized and more positive just using it for a week. It is positioned to one side of my I pad where I work and so easy to work In to my day in small or large increments.

I am amazed at what a difference even five minutes in the morning with my light helps my energy level, all the way until evening. I have been much more productive and, yes, happier since getting my happy light.
