Love this Lamp

I have been using this lamp for a couple years. This has helps a lot when the days get shorter. I have noticed wonderful results. Definitely recommend. I use this lamp for 30 minutes per day.

I was first introduced to this soon lamp in college. After I graduated and no no longer has access to the school lamp I purchased my own. I have used it in the winter time primarily during overcast days and early evenings since the sun hides away by 4:30pm!! I find it helpful and it feels comforting.
One amazing thing is that I have not had to replace my light since I bought it, so it lasts a while! I hope it helps you!

Better than Antidepressants

This is my second Happy Light from Verilux. The first one I had for over 10 years. I start using mine in October everyday for 20 -30 minutes while I read the newspaper. It has made a huge difference in the quality of my life!

Just trying it out....takes awhile....I'm using it 30 minutes in the Am and 30 minutes in the PM.

Using it it very easy....I wouldn't recommend it until I have used it 30 days for an opinion...EASY TO USE will give in opinion in 30 days if you want one....
