Sunshine on a cloudy day!

I live in Rochester, NY where we have decently long winters and periods of LOTS of overcast. It was getting toward the end of this winter and I was full-on feeling the winter blues. Someone suggested light therapy and after a little research I ended up with the Verilux Happy Light.
So far so good! I've used it semi-consistently for about two weeks now and definitely notice an increase in energy (especially in the afternoon) along with a generally better mood. Still experimenting with distances, times of exposure, etc to find my happy place, but so far I love it!

I love the light- It’s small enough to put on my desk and I’ve been using it for the last week and I already notice a difference. I love the the design of the light too.

It is fantastic! I have it at work because I do not get enough light of any kind there. I have one at home too. It works for mood, overall peaceful feeling.

I am very pleased with my Happy Light Full Size. It fits well on my office desk and does not get in the way. I am feeling some benefits from the Happy Light, so it was money well spent.
