Sounds like a gimmick but it works!

This light is amazing! It has helped me stave off symptoms of seasonal depression and given me a burst of energy in the mornings to go about my day. At first I thought it was a gimmick but my doctor at the VA recommended AND prescribed it as part of my therapy and WOW! I'm thoroughly impressed with this product.

Way of Life for my Son

My son relies on the Happy Light. I had bought him a small one. He did something that damaged the cord. I bought him the regular full-size, which is sturdier. He’s taking classes this summer, so I sent it up to him at his university. He was so happy!

My daughter has Narcolepsy and Hypersomnia, Mayo Clinic wants to add the light therapy plus meds. Too new to tell. But she’s using it every morning

The Verilux staff are very friendly and helpful to deal with. I originally ordered a replacement bulb for my old light. It turned out the unit was no longer working. I had it quite some time so I ordered a new version that used the same size bulb I had purchased. This one has 2 faceplates you can change out for your comfort level. These really do work to give more energy on dark dreary days or to lift the fog in the AM! I put it away from me so it is in the peripheral vision to the back and side which is enough light to work.

I have been using Verilux Happy Light for over a decade. They are well made, bright but not overwhelming. Superb customer service also. Thank you.

Working on it. I love it especially on gloomy days but as in your instruction booklet found out you need to do it starting at 10 minutes at a time and work your way up.

Excellent. After two 45 to 60 min treatments at 7 AM the 3rd night I slept solid ftom 9 PM to 5 AM. That was the first uninterrupted 8 hours of sleep I had in weeks.
