I couldn't be happier to get this product it's literally saved my life. I suffer from extreme PTSD anxiety and depression but thank you to this product I'm slowly getting better.

I am very pleased with the quality, value and ease of use. I've been using it every morning and I notice a difference already. It's small enough to take with me and it sits nicely on a counter.

Looked into light therapy to help with depression been noticing better mood/more energy. Started waking up with erections again and looked into it realized it helped boost test in the blood stream thank you for a wonderful product.

Risky when bipolar

Be careful using this when you have bipolar disorder. There's a risk of triggering mixed episodes. That's what happened to me. The light itself is reasonably priced and good quality. My doctor suggested short sessions every other day instead of every morning.

The unit is compact and easy to handle. I enjoy just sitting and relaxing with it while I soak in the light . I feel it is helping me with a little depression I have been experiencing. I have recommended this product to a few of my friends and family'
