I’ve had this for years. The size is convenient. I can put it on the side table while watching tv or on my office desk. I live in indiana where we get very little sunlight in fall and winter. This light is a game changer for energy and mood! I have recommended it to many friends.

I purchased my 1st happy light over 15 years ago for my husband for his seasonal affective disorder. It was funny when my tween would say after the winter solstice, "I think it's time to get the happy light out".
Now that my 3 children are all young adults and with covid I bought each one of them a smaller version and they all use it daily. I also purchased one for a friend who struggles in the winter. During these crazy times we can all use some extra help to make it through.

I bought this product to replace my old Happy Light, which was WAY bigger. I wasn't sure if this product would work as well since it is so much smaller, but it is perfect! I love the size and the ability to change the setting. I definitely feel as though the happy light helps me with seasonal depression and I think it helps me with my focus as well. I use this year round for it's benefits, not just in the winter months.
