I just received it today and I was a little bit surprised with the appearance of it because I thought that there would be some kind of screen covering the front of the box. But it really lights up a room particularly when there is no sunlight, I haven't had it that long to be able to judge its capabilities.

The light works perfectly! It sits where I put makeup on in the morning, it is so bright and the perfect size.

Happy Light

I was somewhat hesitant about using the Happy Light but after my therapist suggested in 2 times I got one. I have Bipolar Disorder and I really have to say that it really helps me feel better. I use it mostly in the morning and it sort of helps me start out my day on a positive note. Thank you so much!

I really don't use it i don't think it does anything for me. I really did try in the beginning but lost interest.
