So happy I bought this

I have been using it for a week and I do notice a difference. My husband also has made it part of his morning routine and is quite happy with it. With the gloomy, cold weather having the light as part of the start of my day has vastly improved my mood and is helping with my energy level. I have already recommended it to family and friends.

Love these lights-have several. My wife has one on her reading table, and I use several at my office during the winter. Keeps my SAD at bay. A big fan of Verilux and have been for years.

In spite of waking up in the darkness, using the happy light, truly makes me happy. I feel energetic rather than dragging around till I have to go to work.

My husband and I are enjoying our HappyLights now that the days are getting shorter. We live in a beautiful area on Lake Erie, but often have grey days in the winter. Our Happy Lights will get us off to a great “happy” start every day!
