Not so happy with it

I was hoping this will help me with my sleeping problem at night since thwy say thay having light in the am phelps to generate melatonin at night u fortunately i have not been feeling that is helping.

I love waking up and turning this light on before I even get out of bed. I feel more invigorated and motivated. I do believe it also helps with my Fibromyalgia. Thank you

Love this - it's our second light we've purchased fromVerilux. Not only is the light great so is Verilux customer service. We use the light everyday and my daughter has been using the light on her starter seeds for her garden since its been so rainy and no sunlight through the windows!

I turn it on for at least 30 min while on the computer. The first night I got sleepy around 11 PM although during quarantine my sleep schedule has been affected. Prior to getting the light I would stay up until around 4 AM and get out of bed at noon. Any time I use the light, I wake up early the next day. My second day using it I got started at 5 AM.
