Excellent. After two 45 to 60 min treatments at 7 AM the 3rd night I slept solid ftom 9 PM to 5 AM. That was the first uninterrupted 8 hours of sleep I had in weeks.

Use of lite

I have used it a bit about 5 days a week. I am still majorly depressed and crying all the time. I live in Ohio which has been wet and dreary for months. . I will keep trying the light as my doctor doesnt want to put me back on meds I've been off of for 7 months.

It survived the transport. I just opened it and it is just like my old one except a bluish tint on the comfort lens. Thanks for good email communication on your side.
