The Verilux staff are very friendly and helpful to deal with. I originally ordered a replacement bulb for my old light. It turned out the unit was no longer working. I had it quite some time so I ordered a new version that used the same size bulb I had purchased. This one has 2 faceplates you can change out for your comfort level. These really do work to give more energy on dark dreary days or to lift the fog in the AM! I put it away from me so it is in the peripheral vision to the back and side which is enough light to work.

It is amazing! I want to use this for the rest of my life. During this pandemic everyone is feeling stressed out and down. I use it in the morning while I drink green tea and listen to music. The Happy Light helps to set a positive tone for my day!

Working on it. I love it especially on gloomy days but as in your instruction booklet found out you need to do it starting at 10 minutes at a time and work your way up.
