HappyLight Liberty Compact Light Therapy Lamp

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started using the HappyLight Liberty Compact Light Therapy Lamp this week as soon as I received it! It really does brighten the room. I have placed it in the living room and the kitchen. The affects are so nice, being in a happy mood.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] During the pandemic and doing most of our work online it's been a challenge. Some of our peers recommended a happy light to help with mood and focus. After using this for a few days the light does seem to enhance the mood of the room and help with my fatigue. The light is pretty bright and it's compact enough to not take up too much of my workspace. I will be looking to purchase another for my fiancé.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love and adore this HappyLight. It's so compact. I placed at my bedside. It elevates my mood significantly. I suffer from SAD (seasonal affective disorder) in the fall and in the winter usually. But, this wonderful HappyLight is a game changer for me. I feel happy and so much better now since having it.

Especially on those dreary grey days when you're wishing for some sunshine! I turn my lamp on and it just makes your whole attitude change! You don't feel tired anymore and you are more able to focus and concentrate! Highly recommend this little compact! It's the perfect size and shape. Perfect for travel!

Way of Life for my Son

My son relies on the Happy Light. I had bought him a small one. He did something that damaged the cord. I bought him the regular full-size, which is sturdier. He’s taking classes this summer, so I sent it up to him at his university. He was so happy!

My daughter has Narcolepsy and Hypersomnia, Mayo Clinic wants to add the light therapy plus meds. Too new to tell. But she’s using it every morning
