Simple and easy to use, takes up very little space. Gets into my routine by turning it on while coffee brews first thing in the morning. Keeps my spirits up during these gray days of Winter.

Very good. Purchased one for my boyfriend in 2015. I purchased one for myself just like his... it is great. I use it every morning and lunch time when it is cloudy.

Takes a week to adjust but effective

It took my body about a week to adjust to the light but now that it has I’m glad I bought the happy light. This time of the year usually has me wanting to sleep in all day but the light helps me to feel refreshed.

Sunshine for cloudy days

I have loved it. I first borrowed a friend's of mine because she spoke so highly of it. I live in Michigan where from late November to late February it is cloudy most days, sometimes no sunshine for weeks on end. I tried it out for two weeks and loved it, so I invested in my own. Now my daughter wants one too!

I was stuck in a backwards sleep cycle and felt exhausted and depressed.. The light helped me flip my sleep cycle and feel much better.

Great Product!

I got this for my mom and she loves it. She uses it when she first wakes up and later in the day if she's feeling sluggish or tired for a little jolt. I've used a few times myself. It works great. We live in Washington State where, in the winter months, the sun is gone by like 4 pm, so this is an ideal product for our environment.
