The unit is compact and easy to handle. I enjoy just sitting and relaxing with it while I soak in the light . I feel it is helping me with a little depression I have been experiencing. I have recommended this product to a few of my friends and family'

I have used the light for about two weeks now and I like it very much. I have noticed a difference in my energy level, mood and well being. I run it for at least an hour a day. I am very happy with my purchase.

My Happy Light Compact

I love it I have been using it for about 2 weeks now and I can feel the difference. My psychiatrist told me about it because I have a hard time in the winter months and I am glad she did. I have been fighting Major Depression Recurrent for many years and I always knew that the overcast days of winter made me worse, but now I get up get my coffee and turn on my light while checking my emails and enjoying my morning coffee and when I am done I am ready to start my day. It is no longer hard to get myself going every day. Thank you Happy Light!

I have had many of them over my lifetime, not that I need them, but they are great in general. And like this one, I gave it to a friend that definitely has SAD. She was thrilled. She is going to buy one herself and put it in her house. I gave it to her to put in her dark and dismal office.
