Love this light

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have seasonal depression and fine the winter months so tough. This lamp has been game changing. I find if I use it early in the day, I have more energy and even sleep better at night. It’s small and portable. My husband has also used it, and also raves about it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After using two weeks I can say it’s really work truly feel the difference i mostly use morning time before start my day n I feel energy n feel I’m happy best thing u can use with doing ur work like reading eating breakfast just set aside and enjoy.
I love the size and easy to use not to much buttons so easily can use I m happy and satisfie with my happy light n definitely recommend.

Very Happy with my Happy Light Therapy Lamp

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been wanting to try a light therapy lamp for a while, but kept thinking it couldn't really be so helpful. I live in Southern Idaho and we spend most the year covered in snow. After growing up in CA, I know the winter blues are real. Drs have told me to go tanning to help, and it always did. But now with kids, and other health stuff, getting out to go tanning is pretty hard.
I love this light because I can sit it on the desk, and do whatever I was going to do anyways, but just have this light on at the same time. It's been a few days and I already notice a difference, a positive difference.
Quality wise, this one is much better than ones I've seen other people I know buy. This bulb is so bright, but the covering in front of it makes it perfect to keep close to your face. It doesn't get really hot either.
The packaging was done really well. There was no way this was getting damaged in transit. And it wasn't a product that had great packaging but then was in itself a letdown. The actual product itself is beautiful in my opinion. I don't mind keeping it out on my nightstand when it's not in use.
Overall, I say that it's definitely worth it. It's a buy you'll be happy you made. And then if you keep using it consistently, I daresay you'll also be a bit happier. I personally love it and am going to use it everyday! Looks like this one is going to last forever too, so it'll be this one I use forever!

UNIQUE LIGHT

It is very unique and comes with an additional cover to change the lighting degree. You are to basically sit in front of it and it is supposed to put off different light to effect your mood.

Right now with this climate changed it gets dark pretty fast, by the time my kids are done with virtual school the sun is usually gone. This light has been helping with their mood change. Not only the mood change but it’s a great light for reading or just to have on while doing zoom classes. One thing that I loved is that it doesn’t get the room super hot compared to other lights. This one just works wonders. Super happy with the happy light.

I tend to get very tired in the late fall and winter and have a hard time concentrating when the weather changes and there are more hours of darkness. This lamp has done a great job for me. I feel like I'm more focused and my mood is overall better. I don't get as tired during the daytime and sleep better at night since I started using this lamp as well. I'm actually in the process of ordering another one for my office at work. I highly recommend this item.

Simply Relaxing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don’t know whether I have Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) but I have always found it tough to get use to seasonal light changes to dark first from 9pm to 7pm and then again a month later to dark 2 hours earlier at 5pm. I received the Verilux HappyLight Liberty Compact Light Therapy Lamp about a week ago. It came quickly and nicely packaged. The assembly is no more than un-packaging the lamp and sliding the front panel in place and snapping the top on. The lamp itself is very nicely made and durable. It appears modern and new. I like that it is small and can be moved room to room easily and has a cord long enough to reach from a variety of heights to the outlet. The first evening I turned this lamp on it was quite bright from the lamp base I wasn’t sure I would get use to it. Still, at the same time I really liked the natural light it emitted in the room which is natural and white compared to my regular lamps that emit yellow light by comparison. The second day the brightness I had experienced was no longer an issue. This lamp and light is relaxing and energizing. So much so I would expect this to work well for someone with SAD. Several days later I am just like having the light on in the room. This is a nice lamp, I am going to continue to use and see what changes I experience. I would certainly buy this for a friend or family member if they indicated they had issues with SAD.

Really does give you energy!!

With the fall weather here and to fight gloomy, depressing days the HappyLight Therapy Lamp has exceeded my expectations. With the job that I do with high school students there is a lot of stress and depressing situations that I deal with. Since using the lamp it has improved my mood and given me a nice little pick me up. I am very pleased with the HappyLight lamp!
