[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this around a month ago for my wife. She has be using it for about a half an hour to an hour at night before she goes to sleep. She claims she does feeling better. She is a sunlight person so I believe her

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Happy Light Energy lamp really makes a difference in my mood and energy for the day. I use it in the morning while eating breakfast and getting ready for my day.The lamp is easy to move anywhere you can plug in the cord is a reasonable length which is great. Love it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been in a pretty sour mood lately with having to stay inside so much the last few months but the Happy Light helped by simulating the sun when I needed it the most. It is pretty bright on one of the settings but it can be adjusted. The best part is it can be hung up anywhere you feel it would work the best.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] HappyLight Liberty Compact Light Therapy Lamp really makes you feel better overall, You can personalize your settings what works best for you , I have a problem with sleeping and never knew this little compact light theraphy lamp could be so affective , I have it sitting on my night stand beside my bed , I can turn it on each day and use it for 20 to 30 minutes and I noticed my level of focus is better , I want to get up and start the day , I have more energy , who knew a little light could do so much

Sounds like a gimmick but it works!

This light is amazing! It has helped me stave off symptoms of seasonal depression and given me a burst of energy in the mornings to go about my day. At first I thought it was a gimmick but my doctor at the VA recommended AND prescribed it as part of my therapy and WOW! I'm thoroughly impressed with this product.

Dealing with depression, feeling overwhelmed with anxiety and also just feeling tired a lot, not as active as I once was, I decided I needed something like this to help and I'm very glad I have it now. It's very easy to use. I keep it on my desk to use in the mornings while I work at my computer. It's a great size and I like how it tilts. It really does improve my mood and overall energy and I admit I was skeptical on if it would work when I first received it but I have definitely noticed a difference and have told a few friends about how they need to try this light as well. I think this would make a thoughtful gift for loved ones through the holidays.

Relaxing

I recently started using this light after a stressful day at work and it has helped me more than I though it would. It's very relaxing if you take the time to sit and enjoy it for a short period of time. It's helped clear my mind and put me in a happier state of mind. It's exceeded my expectations.

Best way to energize

I am pleased that I tried out the product. After using, I felt like I got more work done,more chores were completed. It's awesome.
