After a convo with my kid, we learned Direct eye contact is obviously bad and length of exposure should be watched. But so far..he feels ok. And may use it mid day to Pep Up as he works from home in the dark Seattle area. Purchasing ans shipping was easy. Thanks

I am very pleased with the quality, value and ease of use. I've been using it every morning and I notice a difference already. It's small enough to take with me and it sits nicely on a counter.
