I have used it a bit about 5 days a week. I am still majorly depressed and crying all the time. I live in Ohio which has been wet and dreary for months. . I will keep trying the light as my doctor doesnt want to put me back on meds I've been off of for 7 months.

Delivered pretty quick and went together like a dream. Have used the lamp for 10-15 minutes or more each day. So far, so good.

I turn it on for at least 30 min while on the computer. The first night I got sleepy around 11 PM although during quarantine my sleep schedule has been affected. Prior to getting the light I would stay up until around 4 AM and get out of bed at noon. Any time I use the light, I wake up early the next day. My second day using it I got started at 5 AM.

I got the compact model a few days ago and I absolutely love it! For its compact size, it really puts out some bright light. I could feel the benefits of it only after about 2 hours. And, later that night I slept really well. Very happy with the purchase!

I already own a Happy Light. I bought one for my brother on this order. He seems to be very pleased with the light. Yesterday I recommended the Happy Light to a friend who is purchasing one for her daughter.
