Love my Happy Light

I have had this for a couple of months now and absolutely love it. I live in a place where the majority of the time it's winter. So, it's snowing and I barely see the sun in the winter. This has helped with my mood so much. I use it for 30 minutes in the morning and night and have seen such an improvement.

Received my VT20 light as a gift in 2022. Started using it each morning through the dark Canadian winters and felt it was making a difference. Helped me wakeup in the morning and feel a little more alert and happy. I went to use it recently (now Jan 2023) but unfortunately it wouldn't turn on. Thankfully Verilux seems to have a great warranty and I should receive my new light soon!

Small enough to not get in the way in a small apartment but powerful enough to instantly improve my mood. I’ve accidentally moved into a north facing apartment with low natural light and this lamp is honestly a saving grace- an absolute essential until my lease runs out!
