I used to think light therapy couldn’t possibly work for my seasonal depression, but then I tried it. I use this daily from October to April. I bought a second one for my office, and if I’m dragging in the afternoon, I’ll turn it on for twenty minutes. Verilux is a great company and this is a great product—I dropped it last year and broke the bulb. Instead of having to buy an entirely new lamp, I was able to buy and easily replace the bulb. Highly recommended!

I was skeptical at first and wasn't really expecting much, but since I've had sleep issues for years, I thought I would try it out. To my surprise I feel like its having a positive effect on my ability to go to sleep faster and wake up more easily. I'll keep to the therapy for now and see where it goes.
