[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never had one of these before or had even heard of this product! It is very unique and comes with an additional cover to change the lighting degree. You are to basically sit in front of it and it is supposed to put off different light to effect your mood.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Dealing with depression, feeling overwhelmed with anxiety and also just feeling tired a lot, not as active as I once was, I decided I needed something like this to help and I'm very glad I have it now. It's very easy to use. I keep it on my desk to use in the mornings while I work at my computer. It's a great size and I like how it tilts. It really does improve my mood and overall energy and I admit I was skeptical on if it would work when I first received it but I have definitely noticed a difference and have told a few friends about how they need to try this light as well. I think this would make a thoughtful gift for loved ones through the holidays.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After using two weeks I can say it’s really work truly feel the difference i mostly use morning time before start my day n I feel energy n feel I’m happy best thing u can use with doing ur work like reading eating breakfast just set aside and enjoy.
I love the size and easy to use not to much buttons so easily can use I m happy and satisfie with my happy light n definitely recommend.

I’ve owned a larger Verilux for a few years and it’s sat on my work desk, but when the bulb burnt out I decided to buy a second! The new Verilux Compact sits on my nightstand and I flip it on when I wake up. It gives me a little extra boost as I start my day and get ready for work. Though it’s tiny, it’s powerful, and I really like that it’s a very minimalist design, it’s unobtrusive in comparison to my bedroom decor- it quickly became a wonderful addition to my life!
