Really does give you energy!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this little light and it's the perfect size for my desk at school. With the fall weather here and to fight gloomy, depressing days the HappyLight Therapy Lamp has exceeded my expectations. With the job that I do with high school students there is a lot of stress and depressing situations that I deal with. Since using the lamp it has improved my mood and given me a nice little pick me up. I am very pleased with the HappyLight lamp!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very Happy with my Happy Light Therapy Lamp

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been wanting to try a light therapy lamp for a while, but kept thinking it couldn't really be so helpful. I live in Southern Idaho and we spend most the year covered in snow. After growing up in CA, I know the winter blues are real. Drs have told me to go tanning to help, and it always did. But now with kids, and other health stuff, getting out to go tanning is pretty hard.
I love this light because I can sit it on the desk, and do whatever I was going to do anyways, but just have this light on at the same time. It's been a few days and I already notice a difference, a positive difference.
Quality wise, this one is much better than ones I've seen other people I know buy. This bulb is so bright, but the covering in front of it makes it perfect to keep close to your face. It doesn't get really hot either.
The packaging was done really well. There was no way this was getting damaged in transit. And it wasn't a product that had great packaging but then was in itself a letdown. The actual product itself is beautiful in my opinion. I don't mind keeping it out on my nightstand when it's not in use.
Overall, I say that it's definitely worth it. It's a buy you'll be happy you made. And then if you keep using it consistently, I daresay you'll also be a bit happier. I personally love it and am going to use it everyday! Looks like this one is going to last forever too, so it'll be this one I use forever!

Relaxing

I recently started using this light after a stressful day at work and it has helped me more than I though it would. It's very relaxing if you take the time to sit and enjoy it for a short period of time. It's helped clear my mind and put me in a happier state of mind. It's exceeded my expectations.

Surprisingly good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] During the pandemic and doing most of our work online it's been a challenge. Some of our peers recommended a happy light to help with mood and focus. After using this for a few days the light does seem to enhance the mood of the room and help with my fatigue. The light is pretty bright and it's compact enough to not take up too much of my workspace. I will be looking to purchase another for my fiancé.

I use it in the morning while eating breakfast and getting ready for my day.The lamp is easy to move anywhere you can plug in the cord is a reasonable length which is great. Love it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been in a pretty sour mood lately with having to stay inside so much the last few months but the Happy Light helped by simulating the sun when I needed it the most. It is pretty bright on one of the settings but it can be adjusted. The best part is it can be hung up anywhere you feel it would work the best.
