I have had no problems with the Happy Light. I think that it helps me get through the gray winter days. I also bought one for my son who has trouble with gray days where he lives, too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like my HappyLight Therapy Lamp. I tend to get very tired in the late fall and winter and have a hard time concentrating when the weather changes and there are more hours of darkness. This lamp has done a great job for me. I feel like I'm more focused and my mood is overall better. I don't get as tired during the daytime and sleep better at night since I started using this lamp as well. I'm actually in the process of ordering another one for my office at work. I highly recommend this item.

I find if I use it early in the day, I have more energy and even sleep better at night. It’s small and portable. My husband has also used it, and also raves about it.

I am pleased that I tried out the product. After using, I felt like I got more work done,more chores were completed. It's awesome.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] HappyLight Liberty Compact Light Therapy Lamp really makes you feel better overall, You can personalize your settings what works best for you , I have a problem with sleeping and never knew this little compact light theraphy lamp could be so affective , I have it sitting on my night stand beside my bed , I can turn it on each day and use it for 20 to 30 minutes and I noticed my level of focus is better , I want to get up and start the day , I have more energy , who knew a little light could do so much

Especially on those dreary grey days when you're wishing for some sunshine! I turn my lamp on and it just makes your whole attitude change! You don't feel tired anymore and you are more able to focus and concentrate! Highly recommend this little compact! It's the perfect size and shape. Perfect for travel!

I suffer from SAD (seasonal affective disorder) in the fall and in the winter usually. But, this wonderful HappyLight is a game changer for me. I feel happy and so much better now since having it.
