I like the smaller size of the HappyLight Compact! It fits wherever I want to sit and can move it around my apartment easily. I like how it stands up on its own. My only negative is I wish the cord was longer and the bulbs weren't as expensive to replace. Mine fell over onto the carpet and the lightbulb broke and it's rather expensive to get a new one.
