Perfect for large size family

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This slow cooker is huge and deep. It will fit all large portions of food, making it perfect for large size family. I was looking for a large crock pot that would hold meats and a lot of vegetables with room to spare and this one is definitely large enough. I really like that I am able to fit a whole chicken along with potatoes. I could not do that with my previous slow cooker.
I just cooked my first meal in this large cooker and it turned out good. A whole chicken (4.55 LB) with potatoes and vegetables. The chicken was cooked throughout, It fell off the bone in many pieces.
It has only 3 settings - warm, low, and high, making it extremely easy to use. The glass lid does fit perfectly, plus it comes with a lid latch strap that holds the lid in place, if you have to carry or travel with your slow cooker.
Because of the size and the weight of the pot, It is hard for me to wash it because I have a small sink, so I use the dishwasher to clean mine.
Great crockpot, heats up quickly and cooks evenly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This crockpot is the perfect size and shape to make a delicious roast with vegetables. Easy to clean and heats quickly. I really like the band that come with it to keep the kid on. Makes it easy to take to a potluck it family dinner.

Keeps food warm

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this slow cooker. It has (2) settings to cook, low and high and it has a keep warm feature that I just love. I can cook dinner for the family and keep it on warm for my husband, who works nights. It also has a wire latch to lock the lid in place for protect from spills when traveling.

Meats and veggies taste perfect every time

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been really enjoying using the Hamilton Beach 7qt Slow Cooker! It isn’t complicated to use, like some other slow cookers are. I love that it has a few options to use; off, keep warm, low and high. Those are the only things that I will ever need to use for all of my favorite dishes! Plus, clean up was so easy for me to do! I love the size and shape because it cooks everything perfectly, every time! I think the latch strap is very handy and a bonus from those metal latches on top, that, for me was always kind of a pain to use. I love the look and quality of my Hamilton Beach slow cooker! Every meal that I have used it for has been tasty and more than enough food for the entire family!

Worth every penny!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this as a second choice, but it would now be my first choice going forward! The Crock Pot in this size was sold out, and as I needed one I thought that I'd give this a try. It is every bit as good as the other brand, easy clean up, has a GLASS lid and removable stoneware liner just like the other, but is literally half the price! Since buying the first I have added a second as well as 2 smaller ones as well. I love them all!
