THe Perfect New Purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased our new Frigidaire stove a few months ago in order to update our kitchen. We had old, white appliances prior to this purchase. We can not believe how sharp this stainless steal stove looks and how it improved our kitchen. I LOVE the flat top surface. NO MORE pulling out elements and buying new trays to clean. The flat surface is so easy to clean. I now have a bottom draw to store cooking pans in. The dials are easy to read. One heating element can be controlled to fit the size of the cookware you are using, by simply turning the dial in different directions. The oven controls are big and easy to read. While the oven is getting a LOT of use, we have not had to clean it yet, but it is a self cleaning oven and I am sure it will work great when we are ready to use it.

Great stove!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this very amazing stove. The design is sleek and the lines are clean. I like that the fan comes on when I turn the oven on and that it stays on after the oven is turned off, allowing it to cool down much quicker. It's a plus in the summertime temperatures. And the oven light has two options: a manual on/off switch while the door is closed and the very convenient automatic turn on when opening the door and back off when the user closes the door. Extra kudos! The glass top is far superior to the element style range, with five different size options on the surface to allow the user to fit their individual cookware perfectly is an exceptional feature. Sadly, I had a bit of an issue with the drawer below. Its construction is on the weak/flimsy side because the framework is not made with heavier metal and is rather subpar, structurally. If the user finds the need to completely remove it, it is difficult to put back into its tracks. My contractor had to move the range to install a countertop. In putting the range back into its space, he removed the drawer to see what was hanging the install up (it was the power cord). He worked for upwards of 20 minutes to get the drawer back in. It never went back in. The end result was a highly tweaked drawer that now needs fixing or replacing. Something in the track was not allowing the drawer to slide in.

Good product for price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful. Works like a charm. No problems. Surface shows marks very easily. Suggest mixing a white splatter with the black to eliminate the appearance of smudges, etc.
