ahh I got this phone a couple of days ago & I LOVEE IT! No it doesn't have froyo yet but I can wait. :)

Great phone, but where are the updates?

This is a great phone, maybe a little over priced when i bought it, but it has been good. However, the fact that it has been out for over seven months and Samsung still hasn't released an android 2.2 update even though 2.3 has been out and 2.4 is on the way, is a little ridiculous and inexcusable. Great phone, but again, where are the freaking updates?
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, processor
Cons: no android 2.2 update
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have been wanting to get this phone since it came out. My brother has an Evo and brags about it all of the time. When he brought it over to show me, it froze. Nice! I love the Epic. The swype and full physical keyboard are awesome!

Epic is a knockout

I love this phone its super fast i rebooted my Epic and my old Palm Pre and the Epic rebooted in 10 seconds flat the Pre rebooted in 2.5 minutes so the difference is night and day as far as speed. The Galaxy S line is top knotch in my book i couldnt ask for a better phone
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight, spacious keyboard
Cons: it wasnt free

The Epic 4g is worth the wait!!!!!!
Last year I bought a samsung Moment just before the new upgrade for android in mid February with sprint and ended up replacing the phone with a Exclaim. This year I washed the Exclaim while doing laundry and decided it was time to upgrade.

The Epic 4g was well worth the wait!!! It runns circle around anything else I've ever had. The screen is clear and vissible in any condition. The slideout keyboard ....all I can say ...OMG.
The Epic 4g is so awsome I'm hooked
