Really great phone, Very fast and responsive, Smooth scrolling and both the virtual and physical keyboards are top notch.
Pros: Bright display, excellent call quality
Cons: i don't like the pwr button being used to wake dis

Like it in general. Impressive with the AWOLED screen.
But battery needs longer life. As a business manager, you almost want to use it to replace a laptop, it is essential to keep it on and in use (why it is called smart phone!).

I dont like the keyboard layout at all (e.g. the Cancel key is easy to reach and would not save my work without warning if accidently touching it; also space bar, return key is too small). I was wondering why Samsung didnt have a FOCUS study with potential customers during the keyboard design process?
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Realistic color
Cons: bad keyboard design, too short battery life

i love how the phone feels in my hand and the fact that it is a touchscreen and includes a full keyboard is extremely helpful

I think this is a really good phone but the only thing that i dont like a bout it is that the battery only lasts 4 hours

I love the Phone it so far works great the only thing I wish it was a tad bit smaller... But over all I recommend it 2 everyone! I love the keyboard 2!

Love this phone!! I just purchased it on 12/8. It is working great, haven't lost coverage yet. I have some trouble using the virtual keyboard (hitting the wrong keys), but that's why I got a phone with a physical keyboard. :-) Overall, it's a really cool phone.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: a little pricey

I love my phone, the only complaint that I have is about the battery life. If you use this phone a lot be sure to carry a charger with you. It is a little inconvenient but I have learned to deal with it.
Another way I have dealt with it is by turning all my sync items off and by adding App killer which I would recommend. It is amazing how many apps are running in the background without knowledge.
Overall, I am pretty happy with the phone.
Pros: Durable

I bought the Epic 4G the day it came out and its been the best phone i have ever bought. Since I'm a big guy the phone fits perfectly and its quick. I like all the features. it my first android phone ever and i have had windows, samsung, and apple in the past but none compare to the android! Well i definitely recommend this phone to anyone. 5*
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, perfect for people with big hands!
