Its an epic phone. I like it. I just have trouble downloading excel documents.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: Too big, battery life

I absolutley love my Epic!! Owned it for about a month now and I am still in awe of it's awesome capibilities.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, touch screen & keyboard
Cons: battery life
I would recommend this to a friend!

I'm not a huge techie, but I love this phone and feel like I'm using star ship technology now! I was able to use it with very little time spent in the manual. It takes great photos and video with easy to change effects/settings for the camera. I went to Europe for 2 weeks mere days after I got my Epic and took no other camera. I got amazing photos/video and used free WiFi to upload pics to the web and for staying in touch by email. I didn't miss not having "phone service." I loaded lots of free apps before leaving the US that worked offline like maps of the mass transit, language lessons, a translator, eBooks for the plane and some games. I even worked on music theory via a "piano" and ear trainer apps. With inexpensive plug adaptors the Epic charges fine overseas & replaces multple devices for me.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Realistic color, replaces multiple devices, allows me to pack lighter

So Far So Good

I've had this phone a week to the day and so far I have no complaints. My last two phones have been HTC's and I loved each one of them and was going to go a third round and purchase the Evo until I seen that there wasn't many new features from the last one I had. So I compared it to the Epic and seen that it has some different features and a much better screen so I decided to try it out and so far so good. Also love the app killer to save the battery.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, love the app killer
Cons: just alittle expensive

Even with the app killer the battery does not last as long as my BB did. But this phone is awesome!! I never thought I would EVER give up my BB but I did, with no regrets. Swype is so easy to use. The picture quality is great and it still feels professional. Thanks Samsung for a great product. BTW: I returned my EVO wanting my BB back.
