My only complaint is cosmetic. Why can we not have a rectangular shaped phone similar to the other Epic phones? Is there a reason for the rounding of the top and bottom?
I would prefer the power button being on top, USB port on the side, a docking port on the bottom and/ or side, and a removable keyboard allowing a second battery to be installed since battery life on all current smartphones is a bit lacking.
When I bought my first Samsung phone (the Instinct), I was impressed with the packaging presentation. It made the phone feel unique and special. Including a package similar to the Instinct with a second battery and a charger pack for spare battery would be a great addition. Although, we are fortunate to have the spare battery charger as a option.
These are my suggestions for a great phone, I am a power user and thrilled with this phones capabilities. The Moment was my first smartphone and this one is an improvement.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color
Cons: shape of phone on top and bottom

I had the Droid X and paid the early term fee from Verizon to have this phone, and I'm not sorry I did! :-) I prefer the virtual keyboard, so the hard keyboard is a little added weight I could have done without, but this will be the last time I complain about it. :-) You won't be sorry buying this phone!

Excellent phone. Performance is way better than the HTC Evo. Not as many as HTC specific programs like the Evo has to slow the phone down. I suggest you get one now!

Loved it! So happy with the Epic! My wife has the EVO and I wanted to compete and be different and was surprised that it was no competition...Epic has everything I need in a phone.
