I Thought I wouldn't buy another Samsung after the Intercept

My Last phone was the Samsung Intercept witch after getting my Epic. I totally went Office Space on the Darn thing. This phone is fast does what I want it to do. The hardest part is keeping it out of my kids hands. My wife has a HTC EVO my Battery lasts longer, the colors look way better and there seems to be a ton more memory.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight
I would recommend this to a friend!

This phone constantly resets backgrounds, erases random items and freezes. If you clear your cache to free up memory it will kill your messaging program and make it so you can't send texts. It will also make it so that you cannot turn on your wireless connection.
Cons: Poor quality, Not high def, Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Overall great phone. Only negative I can find is that it is a major battery drain.
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight

I love this phone! I'm not good at touch screens but really wanted the features and quality of a 4G. The Epic is one of the highest rated on Consumer Reports so I thought I would give it a try. Not a moments regret. It is all it is advertised to be and then some. The only issue that I have had is that the Epic is not compatible with the sync system in my new Hyundai Sonata. Not sure this is a phone issue or car issue but either way, I won't give up my Epic just to have a phone that syncs. I also seem to drain my battery pretty quickly but this may be due to things that are running- I'm still learning how to manage these.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, versatile
I would recommend this to a friend!

Extremely disappointed in this phone. Nothing but problems since day 1. Numerous problems including, overheating, freezing screens, fading screens, setting changes... on and on...
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best Phone Ever

This is the best all around phone I have ever owned in over ten years. After 5 months use, I have yet to scratch the screen. The photos and video are awesome and clear. The interface is very intuitive. The sound is excellent even with my severe tinnitus.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: battery barely last one day

First week with my Epic...

I've got my Epic all set up and ready to go in no time. So far it has worked flawlessly. I love the Swype...didn't think I would but for me it is great! I'm in my 50's and still didn't have any problems getting it set up! Size wise it is a little big for on my belt but I will get used to it.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable
Cons: Too big
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love my Epic! I researched phones available to me by my carrier and I was on the fence for a little while about whether I needed a keyboard or not. When I asked friends who have no keyboard whether they missed it, most said they did and one told me that the virtual keyboard "takes some herring [sic] used to." That tipped the scale for me and I'm very happy with the Epic keyboard and everything else about the phone; it's a beautiful thing!
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Lightweight, great keyboard
