This was one of the best phones I bought, and the bonus was that it was a slider phone with a great keyboard easy for your fingers to use.
Pros: Bright display

i love my phone

i love this phone. it's taken my abuse, the screen is virtually scratch free, the picture is beautiful, and i could go on and on, but i won't. even after all these years this piece of hardware is impressive to me.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, fast, slide out keyboard, amoled
Cons: battery life
I would recommend this to a friend!

Long story short, I have had to have the phone replaced numerous times for reasons ranging from overheating, to screen freezing, to touch screen being non-responsive, to not being able to be heard on speaker phone, to not being able to be heard when using headset. When it works it is great, the problem is that it hardly ever does.
Pros: Realistic color
Cons: Did not meet expectations, hardly ever works!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

for a starter smart phone, this is what you want to get. the screen is beautiful and vibrant and the overall use of this phone is great. nothing bad to say about this phone. im going to upgrade to the S3

This is a great Smartphone!

I bought this phone and after reading reviews was on the fence about it. After testing it out I'm very pleased. The phone itself is a lot larger than it perceives in the picture. It's a very responsive phone as well. Some slight lag on some applications but I can get past that. I gave it 4 stars for features because you can't download google chrome on this phone. Battery gets me through the day with some to spare. The camera/video recorder I give 4/5. The auto focus works pretty well. When taking shots during day light the quality is pretty amazing, low lit areas tend to be a little grainy.... don't forget the super AMOLED screen, that sold me on this one. If you are looking for an android this isn't a bad choice at all.

I love the phone and the display is very vibrant, but samsung and maybe also sprint have failed numerous times with their updates, when i am able for an upgrade i will be going with anything but a samsung product agian!
Pros: Bright display
Cons: no froyo, feels very cheap
