My experience with this phone is GREAT! I converted to this phone from a Blackberry. I wanted a larger screen (BB does have one now) and I use Google everything... Wanted to be able to fully use all available Google offerings, so I converted to a droid. Samsung's products have a winning reputation with me, their phone was my next try. The slide keyboard, in case my fat fingers did NOT work on the virtual screen one (not ever a problem just an adjustment really), the 'less likely to break' screen glass and droid os convinced me. 4 months later I am writting this on my NEW Galaxy Tab 10.1. Thank you Samsung for these consistantly reliable products, and Support Center.
the samsung epic is one of the best phones that i have ever owned. i would recommend this phone to anyone. The features and ability of the phones are amazing
I've had this phone for about a year and a half. It has been dropped, fumbled/thrown, kicked and continues to work beautifully! The screen is amazing and it's amazingly scratch resistant. I am a klutz and this thing takes a beating without missing a beat. I am now looking at the Galaxy SII but I really don't want to give up my sliding qwerty keyboard --that is the only hesitation. I cannot say enough good things about my Galaxy Epic 4G. Just amazing! I have many friends with an iPhone 4s and while it's nice; it isn't aren't as nice as my Galaxy.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight, fast, beautiful display, sliding keyboard on epic, skype video calls are great!, wonderful hd videos
I would recommend this to a friend!

I can add ntouch mobile by Soreson for hearing impaired where we can communication in sign language since I am deaf. That is neat! Thanks Sprint for working with Sorenson Communication.
I have had this phone for about 2 and a half years. I have had one problem with it and I don't think that is too bad for my record. The one thing I don't Like about the phone is the power it uses. I do have to charge it at least once during the day. Otherwise it is awesome.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color
