This was the one Samsung product that did not reach 5 stars for me. I had issues with the keyboard, even after I was given replace phone from Sprint. I also had a lot of problem with the signal. When I switched to this phone from the Evo I had less bars and trouble keeping a phone call when I was within coverage area.
Pros: Bright display, Durable
Cons: Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Product, Short Life Span

I had two of these phones, which I loved while they worked. Unfortunately, neither lasted more than a year before I had to replace it.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Realistic color

overall great phone with issues with video recording and navigation (cant rely on those 2 futures).

This was a cool phone to have back in the day, it was an entry level phone, with a big keyboard,it was compact and did its job. It's a Samsung phone so it will hold it's value.
Pros: Durable, big keyboard
Cons: Not high def

This is the first smart phone I have owned but not the first samsung. Their products have been very dependable for me. This phone works very well for what I use it for. I surf the net, use navigation, facebook and email. The texting works fine but it makes you save pictures you receive in a text in order to resend them instead of just letting you forward it. Occasionally it will freeze up but not very often.
I just pop the battery out and restart it. I have no regrets in buying this phone.
