I've had this phone for over 1 year with no issues or problems. Previous non-Samsung phones were mostly all problematic. Many features and functional capabilities. Love it.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Realistic color

This is the best smartphone I have ever heard. It does freeze ever once and a while, but is fixed by pulling the battery out.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable
Cons: freezes up
I would recommend this to a friend!

I enjoyed this phone the first month or so that I had it. The screen was brilliant. I didn't mind the weight since that came with a full keyboard. However, over a period of time the phone started to show serious lag. After having it for a year, the phone started to lock up on me for short periods, then longer periods. That progressed to the phone shutting itself off periodically. That periodically moved to at least once a day after a while.
I understand that any phone has limitations, but rebooting itself, at minimum once a day, is not acceptable. I chalked it up to how hard I use my phones and am trying one more Samsung before I start looking at other brands.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, full keyboard
Cons: decline in functionality over time

its truely the best yet worst phone i have ever owned, i love the feaure but hate the limited internal memory as well as how much it freezes. it does everything i need it to do but i have to constently remove the battery to unfreeze it.
