This phone has been great for me. The only drawback is the inability to buy a truly durable case for the phone!
Pros: Built-in speakers, Lightweight, keyboard
Cons: no durable case available

great phone, altho battery is semi dead now adays bcause ive used the heck out of it... it is a nice phone and love the key pad feature. Am now interested in the Galaxy Note... for the right price. Can't afford it righ tnow, but will get that one next for sure
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight, dependable
Cons: short life battery

The Samsung Galaxy S has A TON of great features! Its scrolling is very smooth and there are a whole lot of ways to customize and personlize this device from scrolling effects, to background effects....just almost in every way, yet its still very user friendly. Even the first time Smart Phone user will be able to use it easily. The only downfall is the keyboard...it misses strokes, AND double strokes. BUT, there is a patch on the Samsung website to fix it. GREAT PHONE ! ! !

for my first droid phone. it was a nice one. i had the blackberry before. but found i needed better picture access to the internet.. i passed it on to my son now. and he is enjoying just as much as i did .. very solid product

Repeated problems. Believe based on design of keyboard. Sporadic sounds, beeps, screen issues, etc.
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations

Phone was a good idea, but as it aged it began to freeze up!! I had to take out the battery to reset it and it happened fairly often!
Pros: Built-in speakers, Realistic color
Cons: kept freezing up, heavey

Very awesome smartphone. Does more than I expected. The AMOLED is top notch. very impressive. I have no idea why the Cnet review guy calls it a "gimmick". Sprint's version of Gingerbread.FC09 is a bit unstable as the phone will randomly reboot. Sprint also needs to allow customers the option to delete their lousy native apps.This phone's hardware is ICS capable. Sammy and Sprint need to get business smart allow an ICS download. Overall I am very pleased with my Epic 4G. Probably the best and wisest electronics I have ever made. Ever!
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Realistic color
Cons: needs ics, need to delete native sprint apps, need to be able to reload the os, poor battery life

If the bloatware from various sources was removed so that ICS or Jellybean could be installed eventually it would be a better phone.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color
Cons: Not high def, no ics upgrade
