Great Phone - Great Features

This phone outperforms most others. The screen is much brighter and more vivid than on the Evo, and the speaker is way better than my friends Droid X. Compared to the other Android Phones available at the time of my purchase, this phone is waaaay better.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display

Perfect for people who like pull out keyboards

The Epic is sleek and fairly small for having a pull out keyboard with it. Picture quality is great, plenty of apps to make the Epic your own. I think it is the best smartphone with a pull out keyboard.

I have now had 4 Epic phones. It seems as though, everytime that an update was sent out, my phone would not work. It would burn up a fully charge battery within two hours! It is such a nuisance having to take it back to get it worked on. Not to mention, the inconvenice of NOT having a phone. After all, that is what we buy these products for, isn't it? To be fair, once it has been returned from being repaired, it works good.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Realistic color
Cons: Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I like the phone and definitely needed a keyboard. When you put a bunch of apps on it, there's a LOT goin on, so I recommend a task killer to keep it runnin smooth. Don't like the wait when I need to make a call. Since it's a phone first (?) you'd think it would perform the phone function quickly. Overall though, I like it and it works well. HIGHLY recommend the rubberized case by Seidio!

My 2011 Ford Fusion Hybrid Clarion car radio says that this phone is not capable of reading text messages that arrive. It has only 500MB ram and that is not enough for the needed apps and it slows down or freezes and I have to pull the battery to get it to clear.
Good phone though.
Pros: Bright display
Cons: Did not meet expectations, needs 2gb or more ram!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Aside from the GPS always losing connection, I think it's a good phone.
