Overall this has been a great phone. The only problem I have had with it is where the slider stops it has caused the outer plastic casing to crack over time.
over time my internal micro usb connect where you are supposed to charge the phone stop working properly. since it updated it constantly freezes, has errors with the twlauncher, and has significantly slowed down.
Cons: Did not meet expectations, internal charging error

upgrade wrecked the phone

I loved my phone, until the gingerbread update. Then it began spontaneously rebooting, dropping calls, GPS couldn't find a location, etc. my carrier ended up ordering me a refurbished phone, which after paying for a brand new phone really ticked me off. This one is worse, not all the letters on the keyboard work properly, the power button sticks and it still has the same problems as my first phone. Can't wait for my contract to be up so that I can get a phone that is not an Epic fail!
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love it! Great phone! Easy to type. Camera is good. Love to see friends and family on face camera. Price is good. I love Samsung!
The best mobile device I have ever owned! By far! I've had this phone for a year now and the only complaint I have is the device will occasionaly freeze when in camera mode and then you have to reboot to correct it. I would say this is a pretty short list!
i absolutely love this phone, i have had 2 of them now (the only reason i had to get a second one was my own fault). it's a fantastic phone, runs very well, great small sleek design without being heavy or cumbersome.
my only gripe with the phone is that it does run a little slow once you begin to fill up the phone, the processor just isn't quite as fast as it should be.
The battery is an issue. Samsung seems to really struggle with battery life, and it has always been one of my major complaints. I also don't like how I have to periodically have to turn my phone off and on at least once per day. The reset generally retrieves needed updates, and if the phone starts to lag, or have reception problems, resetting clears this up. Never had to do that before with cell phones.
That being said. This phone is sleek, innovative, full of rich features, it has an amazing screen you have to see to believe, and does all the things I want and more. It has kept up with Androids updates, and it does everything and iPhone can do. If not more.
