drivers for windows 7 64 bit version does not work with this phone. Almost all pc's with windows 7 are 64 bit versions. Why do we have to live with this travesty?
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color
Cons: Did not meet expectations

The phone is buggy, has poor battery life and is unsupported. At first i thought this was a solid phone, but now it's constantly frustrating me with its forced closing and sluggishness and inability to maintain a strong reception. Furthermore i'm still running the 2 year old version of the android OS, when there are phones that are less powerful running newer and better versions of android. I will never buy another samsung product again.
Pros: Bright display, Durable
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, lack of support.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Our entire family ahs these phones..bought them all at radioShack for a good deal. Problem is all of them reboot for no reason randomly. The screen on my wife's phone was moving (i could see the gap).
Most of the issues I see are with Android...wishing for a Win 7 phone.
Pros: Inexpensive, Realistic color
Cons: Poor quality, keyboard is very different, android is unstable
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This phone rocks. My wife got the evo shift and that phone is a piece of junk compared to the epic. I know my next phone will be of course a samsung galaxy class phone.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight

Horrible battery life and signal issues. went through mulitple phones and had same problems. disappointed in it. wish the battery would last longer periods.

Best phone I have ever had!

This phone is the best I have ever had. The display is amazing and the interface design is even better with Gingerbread. The battery life could be better, and I am upset that it will not be updating to Ice Cream Sandwich. The phone is defintely worth the cost!

I have always owned a "smart" phone but for the very first time I own one that is not full of small quirks or large problems. This phone has made a loyal customer of me. We also own a 50 something inch samsung TV and I dount I will buy anything else when it comes to my electronics. Thanks Samsung.
