A gift from my husband ..I love this phone. Everything that I could possibly need and then some. Big beautiful screen, easy to use without going into the manual was able to get it running very quickly. Thank you Samsung.
I love the phone especially after the Gingerbread update, but I am very disappointed that it won't get the ICS update!! This phone has the specs to handle the ICS update, so I don't see why it's not getting it!!
I have been using this phone for almost two years now. I have taken it in for servicing only once (software related issues). Overall, my experience with this phone has been better than with any phone I previously owned. However, I have been having issues with the phone basically things other than what I wanted it to do - i.e. press icon for one app and it opens another app. That said, this issue usually goes away for a while once I restart the phone. That is about the only negative comment I have for this phone.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Realistic color
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love my Epic 4G! Lots of great features. My only problem is it is a smartphone coupled with a dumb operator. You have to keep an eye on battery life and make sure to close apps occasionally. The slide out keyboard is great for clumsy fingers but loving the Swype feature as I get used to it.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Realistic color
Cons: Not high def
I would recommend this to a friend!
