The phone has worked great. Love the applications through the Android Market. Love the ease of finding information on the phone and online.

Phone is just OK, some of the buttons and inputs are poorly placed IMHO. Only owned for a couple of months and the display already has a scratch/crack which I cannot understand how it got there.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color
Cons: poor design on the power slot, poor design placement of the camera button

Awesome phone with a few quirks

I was really excited to get the Epic because of the features like Swype, dual cameras and keyboard. Ironically the only issue I have with the phone is one of the features I was excited about. My keyboard is basically useless because the keys stick and sometimes you have to press them 4-5 times for the letter to show up- makes texting impossible. I have just started using the touch screen instead. Also the camera shutter sound is seemingly impossible to turn off which is frustrating- but the phone itself is AWESOME. Great sound quality, music is crystal clear (i actually sold my mp3 player because i use the phone instead!)
Absolutely recommend it.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, sound quality
Cons: keyboard sticks/is not functional

Great Phone, OK Battery Life

I love my phone. I chose this model because of the physical keyboard, which I desperately needed. The only thing I don't like about this phone is the battery life, which I hear is characteristic of all phones on the Android platform.
Overall great phone!
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Lightweight, physical keyboard
Cons: battery life

I had a few other phones before, but the Samsung Epic 4g is the best so far I don't have any intentions of changing my phone in the near further. LOVE IT MUCH!!!!!!!!

Had it for over a year. Love it and won't give it up even though I have upgraded. I use it with my kids because of the gorilla glass screen and the WiFi connection. Very durable phone and great for viewing videos on.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: Not high def

Nice smart phone. Easy voice features. Very useful search features. Seen a clip on Castle where he asked for a place into his phone and it showed up. I thought, show gimmick. So I got this phone, we were out and about, someone asked for directions, I did a voice Google search and it came up. How bout that.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color
Cons: would like wallet feature.
