...this device was my 1st SAMSUNG device.The screen is one of thr best.I didnt use the keyboard as much as i thought i would but its handy.Has decent reception depending on your coverage are and whats around you.Speker is crisp.Camera is above average.I just upgraded to a SAMSUNG GALAXY S2(epic touch 4g) and i sold my EPIC 4G to a co-worker.She had a BLACBERRY and said she doesnt miss it...great phone.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable
Cons: ...antenna issues.

Like everything it does battery dies too quickly.....recently wont connect to my computer via usb.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Realistic color

love the design, love having a keyboard. dont understand why the new epic doesn't have a keyboard isnt an epic without a keyboard an EVO?
I do have a lot of problems with my screen freezing, its not the whole phone because the buttons will still work just touching the screen does nothing until I take the battery out and restart it.
Pros: Bright display, keyboard

this is by far the best phone i've ever owned! can't say enough about it. the only con i've been able to find is that the battery dies pretty quickly....but with all the features, and the incredible screen....i can live with it!
