This is my first experience with a Samsung Product and I must say I am impress with this phone and the features .... I would definitely recommend this phone to friends and fam.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: its kind of bulky
I would recommend this to a friend!

the phone is a champ !
I drop it a lot and its a great survivor.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Durable, Lightweight, the phone is a champ !
Cons: volume on speaker to low, on speaker phone the audio is not as clear as it, battery life is too short with or without the apps
I would recommend this to a friend!

Review could be much improved if the battery wasn't so weak. If you buy this phone a car charger is a must. after a couple of hours you'll notice a significant drain on the battery even with everything turned off. Problem is I didn't buy this phone not to be able to use it's features.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: Did not meet expectations, poor battery life, cost
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

If it worked...

This would be a good phone if it worked. The first one i had got super hot to the touch when in use. Then i traded it in and they replaced it... great. 4 months later there is a conductivity issue with the slide out screen. The screen doesn't work when the phone slides out only when it is closed. I have never dropped it and there isn't even a scratch on it and it has stopped working would have thought it would last longer than a few months. Now I'm starting to hope for an IPhone because no one seems to be able to make a decent phone. I'm really disappointed.

Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, battery!!!, heats up a lot when in use, not durable, expensive

The Samsung Epic 4G gave me a few minor problems. The battery seemed to die incredibly fast no matter what kind of apps I installed to help conserve it. Also, it would freeze a lot and I would have to constantly pull the battery out to reset the device. I had to wipe the phone at least 4 times since I originally purchased the phone.
It did have some great features though like Touch Wiz. The screen resolution was amazing! I could've done without the keyboard just because the phone came preloaded with Swype. At first I thought I would use the keyboard a lot, but I barely used it to be honest. The Media hub was a GREAT addition to the phone.
Pros: Realistic color, Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable
Cons: Did not meet expectations, Too big
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I very much like the phone

I like the phone very much, just a few glitches I still need to figure out. Some things need to be reset every time you turn the phone off, and I get warned to unplug phone when charge is complete. Never had to do these things before, but I will learn to live with because all other things are great.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: Too big, reseting calibration when turning off phone, can not leave phone on charger
