LOVE this phone. Perfect for techies! Only feature I don't like is the slide out QWERTY keyboard. Would much prefer a candybar style phone but Sprint didn't have the Nexus S out yet when I got this one.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Realistic color
Cons: slide out keyboard

Not cheap, but worth it for the features. The phone has tons of features, excellent speed and performance, and great working memory. It's a little light on battery life, but most high-tech android phones are power hogs. Make it a point to turn off antenna's like 4G and Wifi when you don't need them, and the battery will last the whole day. As a whole, excellent product.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, fabulous video
Cons: expensive

This is an excellent alternative to an all touch screen phone. I was very weary of a phone that was all touch screen. The keyboard design is excellent. The size of the phone is just right not too big or too small.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight

I recently purchased the phone from as an upgrade with a different carrier with a touch phone. I stepped out of the dark into the light! I really like the features of this phone! Being able to watch network TV, and shows on Demand was the icing on the cake! I wanted a phone that was not only touch capable but had the option of using the keyboard. The speakers are very good. Picture quality is crisp and clear (flash helps). I dont have problem with battery life. I'm in the process of still learning all of the features but I am very satisfied with my purchase so far.

Cons: internet connection not good in my home

Overall, I like the features of the Samsung Epic. My complaint is for the price of the phone and its features, the battery life could be a lot better. For me to charge it twice a day is a hassle for me.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: battery life is awful!

Phone is great - it just dies too fast. I have to keep the phone brightness down low which stinks. I wish I could delete some of the apps that came with it but I can't. It takes really nice pictures! You just have to adjust the setting every time you use the cam - and if your battery is low it won't let you take pictures. Otherwise great phone.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive
Cons: poor battery life

i love samsung products.....every member in my family has a sumsung mobile phone..... i have the epic...my daughters have...moment... transform...reclaim...trender...my sister and nieces all have one ...etc...all my tv`s also....my tv is over 6yrs old 56"in DLP...and a month ago the lamp bulb went out...thought oh my gosh time to replace it...not the case...only had to replace bulb...less than i imagine ....and my teenage daughter did it.....oops...was talking bout my epic....RITE....my epic is cool...minor problems...but not enough to make me want to stop buying from samsung....

I love this phone. I have had several samsung phones, including the transformer. However The Epic Galaxy S has so many options and very cool programs. The Epic is so user friendly. This phone has the good capabilities of almost every other phone on the market, and the new ones too. I love the phone because of its sleek look, big clear screen, easy accessibility, cool programs, custom options, durable, GREAT PICTURES AND VIDEOS!! This phone has a amazing camera!!!!!! Better than any phone I have ever had. I would reccomend this phone to everyone!!
