I really love most of the features of this phone, the only challenge I've been coming across is there are times the sync stops working or in many cases it crashes all together.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Realistic color
Cons: operating system crashes

Love it so far. I did have some preolbmes with some of the OS updates. Bluetooth froze and I had to get it reset. I also have problems syncing it with my Ford Fusion (its the phone cause i can sync with other devices). It can freeze up sometimes when receiving data/phone call and you're doing something else. But I can't live with out it. Its easy to find information, reference emails and notes when I have to. I can be bulky at times, I ended up removing the case cause it just ended up adding bulk. The Keyboard is nicely sized however I find that I can type faster than it can read my inputs and my words are missing characters.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Realistic color
Cons: Too big, pricey unless w/ new contract, keyboard is slow / can type faster than it reads

Great Phone

This is a greatly designed phone. Wonderful screen size and performance. All it needs is Andriod 2.3. It handles everything I through at it.
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight
Cons: no andriod 2.3 upgrade

I have had this phone for a 1.5 years and it has had nothing but problems. It will at random start vibrating and the screen will go blank with a lockup that requires the battery pull or the three button reset. It has done this from the first month of use. I had the new OS revision installed but it only made the interval longer between episodes.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I got this phone recently and I am loving it. Samsung touchscreen phones have really a long way. I know because I came from their first "Instinct".

I'm am absolutely impressed with this phone. It will do more things than I ever imagined. The screen is awesome. It takes pictures better than my digital camera. All that said, to own this phone and use it alot you will need to purchase a spare battery and external charger. I actually carry 3 spares so I never have to plug in. My phone does have a couple issues, the display goes dim by itself sometimes. Trying to figure that one out.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color
