Love the features, simple and easy to navigate. Battery life is a concern. Optional high capacity battery recommended.

This is by far the best phone I have owned in years. It has this sleek yet sexy look to it (: This is my 3rd Samsung phone and will definately not be my last. I love Samsung!

I wanted to wait to submit my review for at least 3 months as I didnt want to appear star struck by the new gadget. Well it has been a little over 3 months now and I must say that the Samsung Epic has held up it's end of the bargain and proved to be simply the best smart phone that I have ever owned. The Epic keeps me entertained with it's media hub but also keeps me organized with its robust apps and flawless functionality. Thanks Samsung for creating this marvel of a phone.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Realistic color

i love this phone. i gave you mostly 5 stars and for samsung as a whole, you got 10 stars. i've ALWAYS used samsung phones, (even though i've had 3 different providers in the last 10 years) and i have never been disappointed, ever.

A Disappointing Samsung Product

This is my second phone, with the first having failed within the first 20 days. This Epic 4G phone, on its own, goes into a semi silent mode where the volume is barely audible. The only way to regain the volume and control of the volume is to remove the battery and reboot. On average, I have to do this about every second or third day. Battery life is poor at best, barely managing to make it through the day with normal use and shutting down all apps as soon as I am through with them. I like the features of the phone, but the overall quality is not up to Samsung's expected standards.
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, high cost
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
