PHONE KEEPS GOING IN AND OUT OF ROAMING, EVEN WHEN MY AREA SHOWS IT HAS SERVICE. THIS DID NOT HAPPEN WITH MY PREVIOUS PHONE. GETS REALLY FRUSTRATING.
Pros: Bright display
Cons: Did not meet expectations

I've had my epic for almost a yr and I love it. The apps are great and battery life is awesome -avoid downloading battery draining apps. I can take awesome videos of my son golfing!
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Realistic color
I would recommend this to a friend!

great features but locks up

Honestly, I really love this phone except for one detail. It keeps locking up on me and shuts down on it's own. When I took it into my cell phone company they couldn't get it to duplicate the problem in the 10 min. I was in there. So they wouldn't do anything about it. I have a friend that has the same phone without any problems. I just wish they would replace it for me. Then I would give it 5 stars across the board.

Cons: shuts down, locks up

I love everything about this phone except i'm having a hard time getting qik to work. if you have any helpful tips you can share on how to work it that would be great! Other than that I have no complaints abt my phone!

My son recommended this phone because he has one. Now my whole family is buying this phone. Just wish the vids and pics were easier to upload to my computer. I also wish the battery life was longer. Otherwise, the best phone I've ever owned!

Only issue I have found with it besides not wanting to download Netflix as an app and Zune is the battery it just is not great on battery life if you talk on it much or text much buy an extra battery or carry your charger with you always other wise I would recommend it to anyone!!

I am very ambivalent still about the Epic. When it works, it's great. But much of the time it doesn't work. Problems seem to be related to Android, like constantly losing the bluetooth connection or frequently freezing up and requiring a battery pull to restart. Audio quality is very good and video quality is excellent. Size and weight are also excellent. I especially like the feel of the back of the phone case. It's soft, but also non-slip. All in all, it's still a mixed blessing, but I'm new to it.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight, keyboard, sync w/ exchange server
Cons: Did not meet expectations
