I bought this because I couldn't get the one I wanted. actually I researched it pretty thoroughly and decided that this would probably be better for me because of the keyboard and the gorilla glass.1st 3 or 4 weeks it was great, I loved it. Then I started to have problems with the screen freezing, calls dropping, major lagging in the screen.Went to Sprint and all they said is do a hard reset. Did a factory reset, did not help, in fact it was worse. Went to Sprint again and did a hard reset, do not like doing that because it is not fixing the problem, just erasing it. Same day i did the reset it froze up. less than a week since the reset and still having problems with dropped calls, freezing screen, not unlocking when I try to answer a call or want to get to apps. Now i cannot get the mass storage to work when I plug it in even though it says I am connected my computer does not recognize it even before the hard reset it did.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: too many software glitches.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excellent Cellphone, love the slide out keyboard, as well as the touch screen! Tons of space for apps on SD card.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display

Great features, but very poor signal strength. I am in somewhat of a dead zone, but never had this bad reception. The features and all of its abilities definately overides that problem.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight, awesome apps, love using speek to text
Cons: poor signal strength

Absolutely amazing. I am still learning to work out the kinks, but, I have owned alot of phones, and alot of business/smartphones, and so far, this is #1!!! By a long shot!!

havnt had it long, has a lot of useless aps to me, but maybe good for others, stii trying to figure out some things, isnt the most user friendly thus far, as to being simple like a blackberry

Once you learn how to use it...its awesome and very useful for work, fun, social, etc. never buying other product if its not Samsung!!*****
