1st smart phone. Seems to have everthing I could want. Is larger than I thought it would be. Like the slide out keyboard.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color

This is a great phone and it does what I need it to, but at time it get frustrated with the phone because it seems to force close things. Also when it comes to linking up contacts to facebook it seems to lose that contact link sometimes. Other than that I'm in love with the phone, its a working machine!! Also if it had better battery life too..this is the best slide out keyboard phone out right now. So if you're looking for this type of phone the Epic is what you want.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Realistic color
Cons: battery life

Great phone. Everyday that passes, I learn that this phone has new useful features. You may not be aware but the EPIC 4G has two keypads. You have a choice of a physical or touchscreen keys. I thought I would use the physical keyboard more but I have found this phone's touchscreen keys are very easy to use. Touch screen works quite well for most applications. Voice applications are very impressive as well. Just push a button and tell this phone what you want it to do and it will do it...
Pros: Bright display

After playing with different version of iPhones and finally getting my hands on an Android OS phone, I have to say it has been a great experience. Gaming, Web Browsing, Photos/Videos are all simple to use even to the average person. Only 2 things i saw which could use improvment was the MP3 player. It gathers and imports ALL sound files including ringtones and game sounds into the sound bank. Yes you can create your own playlist but it can be a hassle trying to sort through the millions of different audio files. Another issue I came across was trying to multi-task between the web browser and lets say email for example. I have a web page open to register a product or request a service and I need the serial numbers or other pertaining information thats located on an email. Id have to back out the web browser, open my email and then reguide my way back through several steps back to the original page, and if I forgot to write any information down I'd have to go through the same process again. A simple 1-2 button tab feature would be awesome. Other then those 2 things its hands down a great phone to have.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight, great app and game selection, 4g
Cons: battery can drain fast if your not managing power, no feature to upgrade battery size w/new purchase, has problems streaming certain files on websites

This is a fantastic phone. The audio quality is great. The slide out keyboard is great. The screen is fabulous and the colors are unbelievable. The power button is a bit on the small side especially since it is needed to wake the phone up. The one thing that I don't like is the poor battery life. It is extremely feature rich but if you use the features along with a few calls, the battery won't last very long. You really need to carry a charger with you.
