Batterry don't last that much , but with all the fetures and options I can't complain . I like my epic the keyboare and the clarity of the display is unbitable.HDMI conection could it been good . Camera is the best.
Cons: Not high def

This is my first smartphone so I am still learning all of the features the phone has. I chose this phone over the EVO that was priced the same because it had an actual keyboard. I wasn't sure about a virtual keyboard. But the more I use the phone the more I find myself using the virtual keyboard over the actual keyboard. I also liked the vivid colors the screen had. Very vibrant.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color

Good Phone but the Calendar Needs Work

Overall all I like the phone, features, speed, and screen. The phone in general meets 80% of my needs, however since I've owned it I've taken note of things I think can be improved upon that I don't like. See the following:
1. Calendar should let you set up groups for your appointments.
2. Calendar should allow you to view only selected calendar groups for appointments/meetings
3. Phone should allow you to make calls from phone numbers contained within text messages if not in a specific format (numbers no spaces)
4. Calendar doesn't allow you to set/program time zones. Becomes a problem when you change times zones because your appointments get off schedule.
5. Phone doesn't allow you to change or allow for multiple contact groupings. For example, if you want to back up certain contact on phone and online. The phone makes you choose one or the other but you cannot have both.
6. Phone won't import/sync holiday calendar from online calendar.
7. Battery life drained by background apps. The downloaded an application killer to resolve this issue.
8. Calender will not allow you to schedule something in monthly increments on certain days of the week (ex. An appointment every 3, 6, 9 or 12 months on the 4th Wednesday) or in weekly increments as applicable to pay days.
9. Calendar does not allow you to make adjustments to the calendar only going forward or only going backward. You either make changes one at a time or you deleted everything.
10. Phone will not allow incoming calls after you've hung up from a three-way conference call. It will also not allow you to make a new three-way call without hanging up first.
11. Application downloads are placed on my phone and not my card, not allowing me to utilize my full storage capacity.
I think the calendar on my phone has a lot to be desired. I feel by making the above improvements it would make the phone even more user friendly especially to those who use their phones for business purposes.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight, applications
Cons: calendar, battery life

Great Phone!

This phone is truly one of the better ones. It is super fast, has many customizable options, lots of apps in the market, nice size screen and qwerty keyboard. What more could you ask for in a phone?
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: buttons on side of phone are a bit akwards, charging port in on top of phone, headphone jack is hard to plug at first

Dont like the fct the updates takes so long for samsung the phone is a lil bulky and not that many great skins like the evo

Great Phone/But needs Adobe Flash Player APP

How many websites have I been on that show me the F for flash player needed. OH quite a few. With this phone I was disappointed that I couldn't download this app. It makes for some video sites unusable. Please fix this software and it will be an excellent phone. For the price of this phone it should have had all the bugs worked out.

Cons: no flash player
