Big disappointment. Thevac shuts down and acts like roller is stuck. Shut it off and try to use, go a couple feet and does it again.

Not worth the money! The power head and tube consistently clog. I spend more time cleaning the vacuum then I do vacuuming with it. The automatic dust bin doesn't clean itself either. It fails to remove all of the waste it collects in the dust cup. You need to manually remove the dust cup to fully empty it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So great for picking up animal hair and dirt. I prefer picking my own setting vs using the sensor, especially when switching from hard floor to an area rug. I love the self cleaning/charging dock. It's almost perfect aside from when it sticks if you turn it too far to one side.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I had to return the original vacuum cleaner and the one that they replaced it with is better than the one I returned. I’m very happy it only took two days from the time. I left their warehouse to reach my house. I love all my shark products.

Vacuum cleaner and company are outstanding

This a a great vacuum cleaner. It picks up debris perfectly, suction is great, it smoothly transitions from hardwood floors to rugs all by itself. I loved it. In the Detect mode the battery runs for about 40 minutes, which is long enough for my house.
Unfortunately, after a few months something was wrong with my unit. Without any fuss or problem, the company sent me a new one completely free.
All companies have units that do not work as well as expected once in a while. So I do not fault Ninja. The easy process and the speed with which the faulty unit was replaced were amazing.
And YES!!! The replacement works beautifully. Thank you, Ninja, You have a customer for life.
Unfortunately, after a few months something was wrong with my unit. Without any fuss or problem, the company sent me a new one completely free.
