Disappointing product

I have had this vacuum for about a year and half and I’m very disappointed. It does not pick up pet hair off of my area rug very well. If I go over my rug with a lint roller after vacuuming there is still a ton of hair. Also nearly every time I vacuum I have to pull hair out from between the soft roller brush and the plastic bumper. So it not even in the brush roll where it gets caught it’s inside the plastic bumper. It has a 2 brush roll design that is poorly executed. And yes, I change and wash the filters regularly. It doesn’t make a difference. And sometimes the static electricity build up is so much it just leaves rolls of hair on my carpet. I will not be buying a shark vacuum again and I do not recommend to anyone.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I’ve had this for a couple years now. It’s a fantastic vacuum until this little tab breaks off. Then the whole thing is worthless. I can’t find any replacement for it. And the glue sticks my fingers together and not the part.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is the worst vacuum I have ever bought. It pushes the animal hair around.

This is the best vacuum we have ever owned. We purchased it too replace our 12 yr old Dyson. It has picked up dirt the Dyson has not been able to pull out of our carpets. The system is very efficient. Highly recommend this vacuum.

I bought this vacuum. It lasted three weeks. No battery power at all no suction I would not recommend this vacuum to anyone. They should have to pull this from the market and fix it.

The battery dies quickly for a short space it doesn't absorb all the pet hair or debris I typically have to sweep and then use

This one is the perfect cordless vacuum. You can get underneath couches and beds. You can switch from tile to carpet without effort. The detectable handle can get behind washer machines and inside sliding door tracks. Decent battery and good power.
