This is my third Samsung flip phone. The first version worked fine. The third version the screen died and went completely black. I like the concept so much that I bought the flip 6 and it lasted me 4 months before the main screen stopped recognizing touch. I've tried so hard to love the flips, but they just don't last.

Love phone hate defects

Bought this 3 months ago. Screen died under warranty. Month later still waiting for parts. Had same problem with previous flip in 2nd year. Love the size and fits in pocket, but now thinking not worth the defects

Flip any are no good

All flip phones are awful. I too had the worst experience with this warranty issue and hardware. The flips all have bad hinges and they refuse to give warranty on them. Went through 3 phns and the 3rs i have to pay for even though I have one already paying for in payments. So they got got me for 2 for 1 price. Only thing this was worth was the trade in value. Luckily I was able to pay off and trade in for ultra. Never a flip phn from them again.

Worst one yet!!! And Samsung won't stand behind warranty. Mine broke in 4 months, charging port 1st , then the screen froze. NO damage never dropped. Apparently, the charger port is tied to the screen freezing.
